    Not sure these guys have been mentioned here already, but Gnostic is releasing its first album this year: Engineering The Rule. For those who are new to them: Gnostic features Steve Flynn of Atheist and the two guitarists who filled in on the recent Atheist tours. If you liked Atheist, I don't think you can go wrong with this one (the demos were impressive enough)!

    If we're talking bands similar to Nevermore I'd definitely recommend Pathos - "Katharsis". Awesome and underrated album.
