    Been listening to this album a lot for the last few weeks. It's the debut album by UK-based blackened extreme metallers Aetherium Mors. The band consists of two members, guitarist/drummer Dan Couch and vocalist Kane Nelson, and the album does a cracking job of taking influences from melodic death metal, thrash metal and black metal and forging them together into 35 minutes of punchy, memorable, diverse and yet focused songs.

    For example - here's second track, 'Luciferian March', which builds from a murderously mid-tempo pace at the begging to a circle pit-demanding breakneck thrash section at around 1:50;

    So, yeah - to my ears, very cool stuff indeed.

    I enjoyed this and would be interested in checking out the rest of the album.
