    EDEN'S FALL

    "Harmony Of Lies"

    2005 Nothingheart Records (43:24)

Please fasten your seat-belts !! This one will make your ears bleed. Already knowing the band’s 3 song demo I was eager to get to hear their first full-length release. And I didn’t get disappointed. Technical Power/Thrash Metal from Chicago with many melodic and progressive parts. You will listen to this one again and again, not for two times at the most. No,this album is a real grower, you will discover new refinements with any further time you listen to it. Moreover the production is really killing (produced by Dan Swanö and mastered by James Murphy) and John Barr’s voice perfectly fits stylistically. His rough, dirty and brutal vocals with a melodic touch make the songs really explosive. 9 Metal Missiles of Pure power supported by great lead guitar work delivering tons of brilliant riffs. Definitely one of this year’s highlights. If you are into CONTROL DENIED and the likes you ought to invest your money in this album.
