Does anyone know any good sources? Also would I get into trouble if I used non-royalty free songs on a youtube video as background music? I think I know the answer to this one lol...
A couple of friends are putting together a royalty free collection here. There's also www.royaltyfreemusic.com and other things like it. You might be able to get away with using copyrighted music in your video, but if someone complains then Youtube will take your video down.
Thanks for the links but these all cost money. Any links to free royalty-free music? I wouldn't want to pay for stuff that I use for a totally non-commercial video if you see what I mean.
Royalty-free means you pay for it once and can use it for anything. You want copyright-free or Creative Commons music. http://creativecommons.org/legalmusicforvideos
