I am really liking the DEVKIT it sounds awesome, reminds me of BLACK DAHLIA MURDER's Kit
Snotlip kit out of those....most of the "metal" kits sound uber thin, the Devkit being one of the thinnest for me.
i only use the presets when jamming or writing music and most of the time it's Fredrik Thordendal > Metall
+1 otherwise snotlip was good when I was recording some guitars the other week. the dev kit is good if you take off some high end on those toms. That's the main thing that bothered me about that kit.
naw, i dig that one too! the kick is amazing.. i really like a lot of the Tonteknik Studio stuff - as well as RATM. good starting places...
My super hybrid with toms and kick from music city, snare from avatar and cymbals from metal foundry. I don't care much for the stock ones.
Yeah, I use the In Flames (Dead End) preset, and the Sneep Testament (Legacy) preset as starting points. Kicks + snares (plus some other stuff), as always, get heavy reinforcement through a parallel instance of Battery, and stuff is bussed out to my DAW and post processing done there.
I find that the kick from Devkit is really good ! I usually blend it in with a sneap kick, those two sound great together for me
Aren't there some Andy Sneap presets? I remember those from the thread with tons of drum software samples. I thought those sounded fantastic.
Hej I owned Superior 2.0 and Metal Foundry for few days I don't know really how to use it perfectlly In the first post, XxSicRokerxX talk about different prest contained in Metal Foundry (Fredrik Thordenda etc...) I don't know how to search these presets on Superior 2.0. It can be download on toontrack site or contained in Metal foundry software Thanks for your help (Srry for my english, I'm french) JC
Yes but it's not so clear For me, it's just possible to choose between different kick, snare, hats, toms etc... There are no preset for me ; maybe I'm wrong
possible to obtain presets corresponding to songs presented on this page https://www.toontrack.com/products.asp?item=51 or other ??? thanx
