    We usually always track with the same guitar so everything sounds consistent. Same goes with amps, even though we'll use multiple amps, we'll both use the same so all the layers make sense in the end, we just mix it up a bit when it comes to lead tones.

    Im using Suhr Aldrich humbuckers in my Suhrs. I went away from EMG after the first record, just wasnt happy with the tone live or recorded. Pat has seen the light now as well, switching to Duncan passives.

    hi iwas just wondering how soundwise this album will differ from Riders? I really liked the overall sound, its one of my favorite albums. same guitar setup? same producer? of course i understand if you wont tell me. thanks in advance. JohnO

    As far as what we're shooting for is topping Riders! We have to wait and see what you guys have to say about that. :)

    A Custom 5 in the bridge and a 59 in the neck.
