This will make some people happy Im sure! Dan? Dave? haha
Im so happy they're decided to continue. Itd be nice if they made it for the Megadrive for hardcore fans but that would never happen. I considered Sonic and Knuckles to be a good one in the series but i supose the story on that wasnt full and it was mainly so you could plug Sonic 3 into the top of it.
I have a load of other Sonic games are they're all soooo annoyingly shit. Like Sonic Unleashed. Pabs man i love you for posting this.
OMFG! It had better be old school. None of that 3D shit. Sonic totally lost the plot after S&K.
HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT
Not totally. Sonic Advanced was good.
Being a Sonic fan since I played Sonic 3 when I was 5, INSTA-BUY.
Its gonna be in 2D. But in the trailer it says episode 1 underneath, so theyre gonna be releasing it in episodes I guess. The only problem is.....will one episode be a whole game? or just a couple of levels?
I knew you 16 bit freaks would like it!
Heres the official site. Its full of countdown timers, so more info will be unlocked when they reach zero.
Its gonna be a massive story, so each episode will be a full game! YAY
Lets hope its not all that expensive then.
My bet is at least $14.99.
Its coming next month!
Everyone's favorite blue hedgehog will be ready to go next month as SEGA announced the release date for several versions of Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode I.
The game will be available for download on the iTunes App Store starting Oct. 7, the Wii Shop Channel on Oct. 11 (15th Oct in EMEA territories), the PlayStation Network on Oct. 12 in America (Oct 13th in EMEA territories), and Xbox Live Arcade on Oct. 13 across all territories.
Sonic 4 will be priced at 1500 Wii Points on WiiWare, 1200 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live Arcade, and $14.99 / £9.99 / €12.99 / AU$19.95 on the PlayStation Network.
SEGA previously delayed the title last spring to allow for more development time. The publisher has not said how many episodes it plans to release in this series.
