HAHA! Classic! I've been told by Karyn that if we ever have kids I'm not allowed to get them any Pedobear toys or clothes. Booo!
Oh, that's easy! If you have kids we'll no what to put in that bag of fuck-all that you get for your birthday every year. Then you can blame it on us!!! http://shop.desutoys.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=dt0001
So I've been doing a lot of repairing scanned images of damaged photos lately. It's a lot of fun and I'm thinking of doing it as a business even though I see there are a few people out there already. Even though its pretty low resolution I did a few things to the picture of Brooklyn Supreme above: removed the cracks, some selective contrasting to bring out the man in white's face better and also the man in brown's leftmost leg. There wasn't much foxing on the image so that was pretty easy. What do you think?
Definitely an improvement. As for a business its an industry that'll decline, like shoeing horses. To survive you'd have to conglomerate it into another or springboard into a new industry. s
I love how people can take an old black and white photo and colourise it. Here is one that I saw recently that comes to mind.
I've started doing that- mostly on portraits which are usually simpler to do because you don't have to deal with so many separate masks as the above. Its pretty spectacular! I'm not really looking to make a living out of it, just make a few $ on the side and enjoy it.
