His website says that he uses a computer to make the artwork. The stuff he did for Maiden, wasn't that done in hand? At least it looks like it was (except for "Virtual XI", but I can't remember if he did that one).
He only used the computer in the TAATG pt2 and pic disc and the Futureal poster (only the Eddies were done by hand). The Virtual XI cover was done by Melvin Grant.

Yes they are. Well, Riggs seemed to sign only artwork for albums, singles, tour books and sometimes for shirts. You want an example?! he did The Clansman artwork but you can't find his sig there.
