Question, Victoria. As far as playability goes, do you think these songs will be doable for live performances? Obviously the production in songs like BTPISIO make them difficult to reproduce at a concert. Live Opeth has a reputation of living up to and out-performing recorded Opeth. Do things like the oboe feature stand in the way of making this just as badass live (if not more badass)?
I would think Per would be able to 'fake' the oboe parts on the synth- without much trouble. Victorialand, who are you and what do you do if you don't mind me asking?
I wouldn't say that... BWP and GR were mid-paced, while Deliverance and Orchid were very varied. I'm hoping for some fast and furious bits like in Wreath or April Ethereal.
Victoria, I know it hasn't had enough time to grow on you but roughly how would you rank it compared to other albums? Please! That's the most important question I know you don't wanna answer it.
A 'peel' is also a kind of tower/keep. So 'Hessian Peel' could be interpreted along the lines of 'German Tower' (well, not exactly, but you see what I mean).
