    For those unaware, DT's new On the Backs of Angels has been officially released on YouTube. Alas, embedding is disabled for the song but you can listen here:

    I love it. DT is going to be just fine sans Portnoy. I think what I like best about the song is that it sounds like DT. So much of the past several albums have sounded like "DT does X genre". And while I like some of that because DT always puts their own spin on it, Angels is more like a modern Images & Words track then DT riffing on something else. That's my take away.
