Olympic Park is not Homebush.
But regardless of this, Soundwave finishes at 10, and the last train out of OP is at 11.30, so you won't have an issue.
I meant Homebush Bay and I'll remind Tim Bailey next time I see him, right after I tell him off for 'Finneas Fogg' - IT'S PHILEAS FOGG YOU DUNCE!
10 Gee thats early ...
but thats good news about 11.30 though
It's not even called Homebush Bay anymore. They changed the name to Sydney Olympic Park back in October 2009. I want to see Bailey do a story where he gets off the train or gets a taxi to Homebush, then is made to walk to the showground. Seriously, saying Olympic Park is Homebush is like saying Bondi Beach is at Bondi Junction.
Well it does start at 10.30 in the morning, so it's not like you're not getting your money's worth.
I just checked Google maps and there is still a Homebush Bay right beside S.O.P.
It's weird, the word Homebush Bay is over the Aquatic Centre and S.O.P. over the stadium.
O.P. is the name of the train station.
Yeah I'd say they haven't updated the naming convention.
no wonder cabies in Sydney get lost then .....
Hmmm, what gets me in the angry mode? I'll share:
Tailgaters (while driving)
Preachy people on Facebook
Having to answer my phone while my mom water-boards me (happens a lot)
Reading a book
That's all I could think off the top of my head.
Umm that's not the same as a 'motor boats' is it?
Nope, not at all. Water-boarding is a form of torture used in Guantanamo Bay by the US Government. Doesn't hurt but gives the feeling like you are really drowning.
My mom doesn't torture me one bit.
Hah is your mum in the army?
Having to face up to a customer tomorrow after MAJORLY putting my foot in it today. Completely changed their entire shop floor processes and procedures all based on one crucial point and now I've found out that what I've promised is impossible
Gah, I feel your pain. Just be straight up with them, I'm sure you know this already...
I brilliantly side stepped the issue by coming up with a better plan at around 3am... amazing what you can do under pressure
You burnt down their building, didn't you?
I had considered it at one point
hahaha. Glad it worked out. We spend a lot of time looking at what assets we have and how to reconfigure them to be the most efficient, most fault tolerant or make upgrading to better gear cheaper. We're trying to shoe-horn a couple of EMC arrays into the budget for next year and we have worked out how to do it by re-using our existing sas drives, saving about $15k in the process, but giving us much better replication capabilities.
