I'm not a big Killswitch fan. I've seen them live and they were alright. But, I love the video and think they do a good job of covering "Holy Diver". Thoughts, comments, etc... welcomed.

The original sounds better and has a more righteous music video.

I love the original, and also the original video. I like early Sabbath with Ozzy, but I think Dio is way better than Ozzy.

Dio is a better technical singer for sure, but you cant dispute those first 5 ozzy albums' superiority!

edit: thats ozzy sabbath. ozzy solo is dildos.

    I usually have a problem with anybody covering anything...unless it's remaking a tune from the 60/70's. :p

    ...I think

I've heard it on Sirius 27 (Hard Attack) before. I think it's pretty good, actually.

they played the video for it on Headbangers ball (ya can you believe it?) this past weekend.
I thought it was ..."OK" but I like the original version much better.
but good for them for covering such a cool tune.

    six albums*

also, songs that are part good and part lame are not good at all.

I disagree. No Rest For the Wicked and The Ultimate Sin were tits. Jake E. Lee is awesome.

    I dig Blizzard.

Anyway, a good cover. Could do without the screaming, but it's Killswitch.

Having perused Killswitch Engaged's assorted videos (official and fanmade) on Youtube, I now feel qualified to give an emphatic no to this proposal

This is an awkward construct ^
