Got around to listening to Sodom's Decision Day. Another solid album. I'm pretty much never "blown away" by anything Sodom puts out, but it's always solid.
https://highcommand.bandcamp.com/releases Usually when I hear the term Crossover I run a million miles, but this is very good, very heavy thrash. Would appeal to fans of Foreseen and also reminds me very much of Ulysses Siren for some reason. They also demonstrate how to do breakdowns right (i.e. not for an entire song).
Meh, just listen to some Teutonic thrash instead. They're not bad, but just try way too hard to replicate Kreator ... a band i would much rather listen to. Super cool guys though.
Found these guys from Brazil. This is coming out March 2017 also. Not on Metallum yet, I may have to fix that New Impalers also:
Those new Power Trip and Iron Reagan songs sound pretty sweet. I forgot all about Power Trip tbh even though that one album was really hyped just a few years ago. Continuing on a crossover-y note... Not sure if Maldevera has been mentioned here before, just discovered them recently, but I'm liking their style, aggro but wilder songwriting and a tech-y bent to their riffs.
