I'm really digging this J-Horror movie. It started about half an hour ago. It's on the first of three stories right now. Check it out.
I have the DVD's (Three Extremes 1 and 2), they're great, though I feel Takishi's part was a bit lacking. Dumplings is definitely my favorite. Fruit Chan is one sick motherfucker.
To note: Only the Takishi part (box) is j-horror, Dumplings is chinese, and Cut is korean. Speaking of Korean films, Memories of Murder is on Comcast On Demand in the free movies section right now. I highly suggest it, as it is one of my favorite movies of all time.
Box is definitely the weaker of the three. Dumplings is my favorite one. I will have to check out the full length version. By the way, does anyone remember the name of that movie that takes place in a girl's school? They make wishes by walking up some stairs, and something bad results from it (I won't spoil it).
Dumplings is definitely the best, but I still have a hard time saying that because I just adore Chan-wook Park's style.
