I bought this DVD at Wal-Mart not really knowing what to expect. I took out time to watch it yesterday afternoon and was really surprised at how good Toto is live! I've always been a fan of this band, but I wouldn't consider myself an "avid" fan. With that said, this DVD has made me want to buy their entire catalog! I believe that most people on this forum appreciate talent and musical prowess, so check out this DVD. I believe you'll be like me and find yourself pleasantly surprised. :worship:

This DVD is awesome but their 25th anniversary DVD from Amsterdam is even better! I saw them twice on this tour and the amount of talent on the stage is overwhelming... the harmonies are impeccable and Luke is a monster guitar player!!!:worship:

LOL.... The guy with the beard is a stand in, because their main guy had some sort of hand injury. I can't remember the bearded guy's name, but apparently he's played with a ton of people over the years.

I want to check that Amsterdam DVD out as well. I agree about the harmonies, they are impeccable!

Bass player is Lee Sklar. I knew he'd played with a bunch of people (I remember him playing with Phil Collins on a video I saw), but holy shit, he's played with damn near *everyone*:

That song is more metal than most of Dream Theater's catalog.

Leland Sklar is awesome on all the Phil Collins dvds. He's seemingly looked the same since the dawn of time. DVD looks pretty cool I may check it out.

Leland has played with way too many people; I haven't seen a list that long for a musician in ages of acts he has played or recorded with. He really is Santa, giving all those artist his bass playing skills on record...hehe

I was a Toto fan back in the late 70's-mid 80's. Not paid much attention to them since then, but I might need to check out this DVD. They were always a great live band. My cousin- David Hungate- used to play bass for the band. :headbang:

I honestly didn't know who Lee Sklar was until watching this DVD. He tends to stand out like a sore thumb for sure.

There's an acoustic set that the band does mid way through this show that is amazing! I normally HATE acoustic sets, but this one I can't help but enjoy! :worship:

I don't know if I'd go that far, but Luke's playing freakin' blew me away! I didn't realize that guy has the chops that he has.
