Gamma Ray played the fest on PPIII. Helloween and Gamma Ray played a Thursday night show. The year evades me. Now, Pumpkins United would be another story.
I can't believe I forgot Grave Digger, Powerwolf, Helstar, and OZ.

Thursday night show isn't/wasn't the actual festival in those days so that appearance doesn't count

Lost Horizon if we're allowed inactive bands. Heavenly is the other major one I'd kill to see.

    In no particular order..

    Innerwish
    Sunburst
    Narnia
    Golden Resurrection
    Grave Digger
    Wintersun
    Alestorm
    Scanner
    Wind Rose
Loudness playing some of their 80s stuff. Also bring in Mike Vescera as a guest singer to sing some of his Loudness songs with the band.

Edit: Added Wind Rose to my list. Their new Stonehymn album is worth checking out. These guys are really good. (Thanks @KingsGene for turning me on to these guys.)
