Anyone going to the Austin show? I'll be there for sure, partially 'cause I'm fortunate enough to open the show but mainly just to see Katatonia again.
Oct. 04 - Atlanta, GA - Masquerade ill prolly be there if my Vic holds up. If not there is next year. I wonder what kind of reception KATATONIA will get down here in the south?
Georgia has a good sized Katatonia fan base...but you will find this everywhere...Ever since TGCD came out they got a more mainstream following in the US. It also helps they get put in the same sentences or reviews with Sentenced, Paradise Lost, My Dying Bride, Opeth, Steven Wilson/Porcupine Tree...etc.
Looks like they have been there befor i just got done reading the tour history on the website they must like it. @LifeDepraved i wonder how many US fans know about there early work?
Plenty..Katatonia is not as obscure as you may think. DODS and BMD get talked about a lot amongst metal discussion.
What does everyone think the set is going to look like for this tour? Obiviously their going to focus on the new cd but what about the rest of the set.
