Face of Melinda, The Drapery Falls, The Moor, Death Whispered a Lullaby are my consistent personal favorites. Face of Melinda would be my number 1 because it has everything I love about Opeth and not the stuff I don't like (growling).
if you forced me to choose just one..
so many to pick from...
cant make up my mind ><
In Mist She Was Standing
Deliverance in my opinion
I like the way you think.
You know though that most people think benighted is the worst song on Still Life.
Benighted isn't the best song on Still Life though, The Moor is!
Every single song on all 8 albums is their best not one bad one in the mix IMO
I'll go with the obvious choice all but one somehow missed.
Reverie / Harlequin Forest or The Funeral Portrait
Godhead's Lament bitches.
It's Godhead's Lament closely followed by The Moor... if only you went sometime to the forum of the trOOest fans...
THe drapery falls, the moor, deleverance, benighted, wreath, in my time of need.......dont know were to stop
the greatest Opeth song would be MAYH with Karma being the best of it...
Thats a hard one... Godhead´s lament and Demon Of The Fall.
The Funeral Portrait has now surfaced at the top of my ever-changeing list.
i like em all
but still face of melinda has something special
rope ends from Pain Of Salvation
That's the hardest choice in my life so far
My list of best tracks of Opeth is as follows:
The funeral Portrait
The drapery falls
Damn, and i could go on for some time.
The Opeth songs are about moments, and every song contains some of the great Opeth-moments, they are all great!
Black Rose Immortal
To Bid you Farewell
Ghost of Perdition
Anything on the first half of Black Water Park
Demon Of The Fall
