I really like the new The Arcane Order, "In The Wake Of Collisions".

I mentioned these guys the last time there was a thread like this...it's a Danish band with the singer of Raunchy. The song "Eruptions Of Red" on their Myspace is a really, really awesome song, and there are a couple other songs on the album that I can hardly stop listening to. I don't know how best to describe this band...kind of like an "Alien" era Strapping Young Lad, but more European sounding and more melodic, while still being ridiculously heavy. Definitely worth a listen!

I finally checked out the new Confessor album yesterday. Holy crap. Took me right back to the old days of Condemned. Not sure how they kept up their stuff over a 10 year dormancy period. Their singer is Gold, Jerry, Gold.

Are you talking about OCEAN that did a split with Conifer or something? That's the only thing I have by them.

The new Warrel Dane is absolutely incredible. I'm also quite fond of the new album from Virgin Black, Fortissimo.

I don't think they ever did a split with Conifer... They have done one with a band called Burst though... Check them out.... They have 3 full lengths and an instrumental album.... The new album 'Precambrian' is hard to not listen to all the way through...
