    It's growing on me a lot faster (see: at all) than St Anger. I think they've gone as much back to 'form' as can be hoped. At least enough so that I'll actually buy it and see them on their next tour.

    I find myself enjoying all the songs a lot more when I look past the generic solos. Very quickly becoming one of my favourite Metallica albums... sorry Pyro, Death Magnetic > Kill 'Em All.

    a game theme cover band that do some really cool stuff such as this song.

    taking the Norfair theme, twisting it and adding lyrics to it.

    From easily my favourite album of the year so far, Vertebrae. It's such an amazing album. I've been giving it several listens a day since I got it.

    They have a new guitarist at last so hopefully the return of live shows can't be too far off. He's French which is apparently a big deal, though unless he's Stephan Forte I really couldn't care less.
