    I never knew till recently that Quiet Riots Cum on feel the noise was a cover from Slade. Great Song..great Band.

    Don't know if they ever recorded it but in 99' Type O Negative did "round the bend" by CCR but it was Carnivore style and it was the best cover I've ever heard to date....

    Solitude Aeturnus did a sweet cover of Hallowed Be Thy Name, probably 'cause of Lowe's vocals.

    I have two favourites...

    Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams
    I'm not usually a fan of Marilyn Manson but I love this cover. I love the original, too, but I love the gloominess of Manson's version.

    Children of Bodom - Bed of Nails
    I love Children of Bodom and Alice Cooper so when I heard this song I instantly loved it.

    I guess any band that can turn an 80's classic into a kick ass metal song is too awesome for one hand. \mm/
