We are on our way up and have set aside most of the bands on the fests newest releases aside until the drive to check out! Spinning the newest pretty maids now and it's rockin!

What else are y'all doing to pass the travel away?

Gorillaboy and I always make a riding mix on the ipod. This year we gave Epica and Symphony X 7 songs, Redemption, Pretty Maids, Nightwish and Kamelot 6 songs and everyone else on the fest 5 songs. Then to fill it out we each picked 30 songs from bands that aren't playing this year. It's a good 12 hour playlist.

That's pretty awesome, pretty close to what were doing. Spinning the amaranthe cd now, looking forward to seeing the guitarist shred \m/
