Where to get midi adapter cables

    All my local music stores don't carry them, and google searching hasn't been successful, where the heck can I get a female DIN 5 to male mini DIN 5 adapter? I have a soundcard that's midi I/O is a female mini DIN 5 but all adapters I have been able top find are all PS2 aka DIN 6 which is the wrong connector.

    Anywhere online where I can pick one up?
