Now that Bruce has lost his voice, who do you think should carry the torch from now on?
How about George Michael? He certainly has a better voice than Bruce nowadays.
Actually, I could replace Bruce. I'd have a hell of a time, and I'd hate myself, but...yeah.
The guy from Lost Horizon. That dude can fucking sing! Or how bout Kiske?
Kiske = meh
Bruce still sounds good with his solo stuff. Maybe he just fucking hates singing for Maiden.
I think the guy from Ugly Kid Joe would rock. He'd be almost as good a replacement as Blaze.
There are no substitutes for the "real thing"! Have any of you've seen Bruce "live" performances? He's absolutely phenomenal!!!
And I doubt very much that you anonymousnick2001 could sing as high of octaves as Bruce can,let alone run around and sing at the same time...Bruce can be compared to having a alto voice pal,as to your phonal manner voice!
Mark Hollis (Talk Talk)
Di'anno is the man.
I agree with retirement
It's the only way Maiden can move forward.
Andi Deris ofcourse!
If Bruce leaves maiden should retire. Maiden used to be good at picking replacements that would improve the band, but that was way back in the early 80s. ANother "Blaze Era" would just be pathetic.
Who says Bruce has lost his voice?
Don't judge him on the total shit production job on Dirge of Death!!
Actually I'm torn as to the question.......
1) No-One should replace him
2) Anyone, so that he can do his solo shit, produced by Roy Z, and leave Harris to do his bass arpeggios....(or whatever)
If you can't tell based on DoD then I suggest listening to anything live within the past few years.
I may rather wait till the release of his new solo disc......the production on DoD did him no favours whatsoever.
As for live material, there are so many variables that can have an effect on a singing voice.
