Awesome I ordered all Opeth albums except for Damnation so I'm happy now :D

Just thought that people'd want to know that! You see I have way too much free time at the moment.

I've already got Damnation...so that's why I didn't order it hehe. It cost me NZ$210.70 which is a lot but I had a voucher for $50.

I can't wait till they arrive haha.

Yeah they were all mostly $35 or $40, which is about as much as you'd pay for them in a store. It's about as much as I'd expect them to be considering they're imported from Europe or the States.

Rip all the songs into mp3s, get them all on your playlist in order, and let them play through. Thats what I do anyways... almost every opeth song clicked after a few listens, then i would listen to it over and over until i knew it by memory. Basically that was what happened with every song of theirs, except for damnation and part of deliverance honestly.

Why would you want to spoil the pristine CD-quality sound and convert them into MP3s?

Get a changer if you want to hear all of them front to back.

I've got a changer in my stereo so I can listen to most of them back to back anyway so that's cool.

if youve never heard them before I'd just pick randomly then. maybe mayh, not the best album but it has the best intro so its a cool way to start off

Just go from Orchid to Delvierance... the order they came out, so you can hear the progression. Thats what I did when I got six of King Crimson's first seven albums on the same day.
