No album is perfect & every album will have a couple of flaws though. There will almost be something to be disired in any album, therefore it will not get a 100% score. Here are a few albums I would probably give around a 90-95% though...

    Metallica "...And Justice for All"
    Megadeth "Rust in Peace"
Dream Theater "When Dream & Day Unite" "Images & Words" "Awake"
    Burzum "Hvis Lyset Tar Oss"
    Therion "Gothic Kabblah"
    Guthrie Govan "Erotic Cakes"
Ayreon "Into the Electric Castle" "The Human Equation"
Graveworm "As the Angels Reach the Beauty"
Symphony X "The Divine Wings of Tragedy" "The Odyssey"
Yngwie Malmsteen "Rising Force" "Fire & Ice"
Steve Vai "Passion & Warfare" "The Ultrazone"
    Planet X "Universe" "Quantum"
Dave Martone "When the Aliens Come"
    Tony MacAlpine "Premonition"
    Emperor "In the Nightside Eclipse"

There are several albums I consider 10/10. Most relevant for me is Primordial - To the Nameless Dead, since it was released so recently, and it may actually be my favorite album of all time. Other 10/10s for me include:

Mourning Beloveth - The Sullen Sulcus (another contender for my fav album of all time)
    Amorphis - The Karelian Isthmus
The Chasm - Deathcult for Eternity
    Arghoslent - Incorrigible Bigotry
Sacramentum - Far Away from the Sun
Primordial - Spirit the Earth Aflame
Burzum - Hvis Lyset Tar Oss
    Darkthrone - Transylvanian Hunger
    Graveland - Thousand Swords
    Abyssic Hate - Suicidal Emotions
    Gorguts - Erosion of Sanity
    Suffocation - Pierced from Within
    Slayer - Reign in Blood
    Demilich - Nesphite
Demigod - Slumber of Sullen Eyes
Anti - The Insignificance of Life

and some more that I can't think of at the moment

Holy Shit!! Dawn! YES!! I also should have put down Slaughtersun:Crown of the Triarchy, but there's probably another 10-15 albums I deem worthy of a 10 rating. Didn't want to take up too much time, I guess. I see Eucharist. I like Mirrorworlds better, but Creation is great too. Mirrorworlds has a early 70's King Crimson feel on bits of their songs. It's about a 7.5-8 rating for me. Nice list!

Yea, I used to enjoy Mirrorworlds more, but I realized how amazing A Velvet Creation is, and that nothing really compares with it. Swedish death / black ftw. Also after seeing your list, I completely forgot about Edge of Sanity - Crimson and Enslaved, nice picks.

Thanks...I also got A Velvet Creation after Mirrorworlds. Sometimes, what happens is that when exposed to a new band for the first time, you tend to have a nostalgia-like affinity for that album that first got your attention, more than the next. They definitely sound different from each other.

The band recorded A Velvet Creation when they were 15 and 16 years old which is mighty impressive in my opinion.

That young? I heard they were young, but I thought around 18-20...wow!! I have been saying for years that Erlandsson looks like a kid...him being in Arch Enemy. That explains it!!
