    Ok I have one

For everyday that passes makes much more sense.

Cause the first time I heard it, I thought it said
"Every day that passes makes me want more sex"
    :D

You know... I started to think 'wow, I really connect with Dave's lyrics here!'

Allure of the Earth is one of my very favourites as well. I also dislike the sun and can relate to the other aspects as well. WoY is really double-good for people who like to follow the lyrics as well. Most of the metal bands seem not to bother with lyrics very much. There are some really good ones though like Opeth and Insomnium together with WoY.

    Ditto.

This is my favorite piece of lyrics. I may have interpreted it a different way than it is meant, but I like the way I interpreted it as it really means something to me :)

From Shedding the Deadwood, I love the lyrics to the entire song, but this one really sticks out to me:

I'm not a lyrics person at all, I just listen to the music. (Anyone?)

But one line that really struck me with beauty (I would say it's the most beautiful thing to fall asleep to) is:

"These woods are full of hope
These woods are where I walk alone"

    1. "this strain that resolves in me, truly has come at a cost. for the rain that falls on me, was drawn, from the sea of immeasurable loss."

    and the simple line:
    2. "i hope it's cold, everyday, where you AARRRREEEEEE!!!!"
