I'm gonna assume you already have Nightfall in Middle-Earth or that one of the Somewhere far beyond CDs were sent in its stead.

Aye I already have Nightfall and 'Battalions of Fear' and 'Follow the Blind'. That recent order was simply to complete the discography :D

I remember hearing about that when I was still a big Vinnie fanboy (still a big fan, just not as big). Worth getting?

Horror Show is not a concept album lyrically like Stormrider or Dark Saga was. It's just songs based around horror movies because Jon Schaffer loves monster flicks.

Too bad he didn't go obscure and do something really amazing. Still, Damien and Dracula are two of the best songs ever.

Damian IS pretty good but Dracula slays, but then I already knew that. Whats up with this second disc, appears to be a Maiden cover and an interview, a bonus disc or something ?

yeah, bonus disc. Really good cover of Transylvania, and a somewhat outdated interview, but it's pretty good and before Jon got too terribly arrogant. Definitely a good listen though.
