I think this is great. With so many Swedish bands and so few Swedish lyrics, I'm glad that some bands are starting to appreciate their own language too. And the Swedish Empire is excellent and woefully overlooked source material for metal lyrics.

Amazing album. Might be my favorite PoS release so far, just because of how consistent it is.

I've seen them twice. Amaranthe is a fantastic live band with lots of stage presence. The kind of band you can enjoy live even if you don't care for their studio material. Nobody will be disappointed by them.

Surprised no-one has mentioned Save Me. When you need a painfully generic title for your painfully generic power ballad, just call it Save Me.
