Sounds interesting, thanks for this article. I also need recovery now as I found https://betterme.world/articles/wall-pilates-arms/ and decided to give it a try. I slightly exaggerated my capabilities and that is why I now have severe muscle pain. Next time I will choose simpler exercises. And on account of recovery, I will read more about it
