It's Official: STRATOVARIUS' TOLKKI Loses His Marbles

Awesome, I love it when musicians go mental, it makes life worth living!! They should definitely get a spot a bloodstock, I reckon it could be a possible highlight of the fest if he starts preaching god-stuff to a sea of Slayer n Bodom T-shirts. (especially if there is more plastic...

    the official "Power/thrash" Thread

Also, check out Biomechanical at www.biomechanical.co.uk . Along with nevermore, they are defining the power/thrash mixture that IS the way forward for Metal!!!

    Opeth

I think Opeth would be awesome at Bloodstock, I think they would fit into the mixture of bands and genre that the fest provides. On this note, can I also put forward votes for Ephel Duath, now they would be worth seeing in the UK!

    Biomechanical

I imagine they will, they sold Eight Moons T-shirts at bloodstock and on their UK tour (i've already got one though!!). I'm sure you'll get to meet them Telos, they're really top blokes!

what's the best possible tour line up for Nevermore's spring tour...

dead6skin6mask6 and Prog Maiden have the right idea, Biomechanical should definitely be touring with Nevermore. They're the two bands who are currently defining metal, and it would be one Killer of a show (especially if Opeth were also on the bill!)

    Retro - Spot !!

It would be awesome to get Priest, probably unrealistic though. I think Magnum would be great, after chatting with the mighty Bobman at Bloodstock 03 I would love to see him on stage.

    Biomechanical

The Biomechanical video rocks!!! I saw them recording some of it at Bloodstock '03, can't wait to see them at Headway!! Having Biomechanical and then Ephel Duath is going to be unbelievable!!

Which band are looking forward to seeing live most?

I hear you bitch, Biomechanical kick ass, eight moons is an awesome album. on the subject, any chance of getting fourwaykill onto the bill, they are one of, if not the, best unsigned band around and would literally rip Holland to shreds!!!! I've just voted for them as best unsigned band of...

Which band are looking forward to seeing live most?

I definitely want to see Ephel Duath the most out of the above bands, but the band I want to see overall is Biomechanical (Why are they not on the poll??!!). Their album 'eight moons' is killer, it should definitely be checked out.

    284 days to go!

I hear you bud, can't think of a band around at the moment who would be more suited, in terms of benfiting the bloodstock crowd and benefitting themselves (think they've only ever had one UK show so Im sure they'd jump at the chance). If you liked the painters pallette you should definitely...

Where the Hell is the Bio-Video

Cheers for that link sf, just wish that NTL would let me see it better. It looks awesome though, should hopefully turn a few heads if it makes the TV channels.

    284 days to go!

Can't agree with you there mate, I think FourWayKill are beyond worthy of headlining and will DESTROYYYYYYYY!!!!! (lml) Would love to see Bal-Sagoth again though, and Rotting Christ would be awesome. Think my ideal lineup would be (in general) Iced Earth Gamma Ray Opeth Ephel Duath...
