Andy, if ever you read this message :worship: , what treatments do you do to your guitars when mixing ? I know you get the best of the amp, and have a great sound from the start, but do you EQ your guitars a lot ?

I know you use the C4 to tighten the lows/low meds.
When I mix guitars, if they were tracked correctly, I find out that "key" frequencies to play with are something like : 90 Hz (bottom end), 250 Hz-300 Hz (low meds), 500-1 Khz (I have to cut there when I tracked too middy guitars), 2,2 khz (mediator), 3-5 khz (presence and fizz), 10 khz (air). What EQ do you use and do you start with some "key" frequencies too ? Do you apply other treatments ?

Thanks :headbang:

ANAB he doesn't Eq much. High and low pass, and that's pretty much it (maybe a slight dip in the highs sometimes). He doesn't necessarily use the C4 either. For some unknow magical reason unknown to us poor mortals, he just get this amazing sound during the recording.
