Italian theatrical power metal quintet Apostolica will release their sophomore album Animae Haeretica on September 22nd, 2023, through Scarlet Records. The band, which is said to be comprised of more or less well-known players in the scene, performs under pseudonyms and wears robes. While this may call a band like Ghost to mind, their sound is definitely more in the vein of Powerwolf, I'd say. Solid stuff, anyhow.
