Data Entry/General Office Admin (Part-Time 25+ Hours)

A record label specializing in heavy metal recordings is seeking to fill a position assisting our Bookkeeper in various bookkeeping & data entry functions as well as handle various administrative tasks. You will need to wear many hats in our rapidly expanding work environment. Serious work ethic and detail oriented a must. Some experience preferred, but willing to train. This is a part-time position with room for growth to full time.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Invoicing, Customer Service, Posting Payments,
Reconciling Customer Payments, capable of repetitive
data entry, reports, packing & shipping
- Inventory management
- General Administrative duties
- Research and complete other projects and tasks, as
assigned

Requirements:
- PC Skills (Word, Excel - Basic, Outlook)
- Self motivated, detail oriented, multitasker, strong
problem solving skills, responsible, organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, team
player
- Respect and maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities and support
duties of fellow staff members
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and
easily
- Able to lift some boxes 40lbs max
- Must have reliable transportation and able to commute to
city of Mar Vista temporarily. Then Inglewood
permanently in the near future.

Skills Preferred:
- 1-2 years experience
- QuickBooks
- Inventory

Terms of Employment:
This position is a part-time hourly position, 25+ hours a week dispersed over 4 work days with some flexibility in setting permanent work schedule. 90-day introductory period.
