That's probably the worst of their terrible covers.

Great band, but they weren't doing themselves any favors with their artwork.

It's Johnny. They also called him "The Mighty Tior" for some reason, but I've always just called him Johnny.

I actually like the cover, it's so bad it's good. It harkens back to the Thundersteel/Live in Japan days. Did you notice the Reale Way / Blood Street sign?
The funniest thing to me its that there is actually no fire on the cover!
