Virginia-based metallers SOUL have been confirmed for the "second stage" at the first annual South Texas Rock Fest, set to take place on July 11-13 (the same weekend as the similarly themed Rocklahoma festival in Pryor, Oklahoma) at the Javelina Harley-Davidson Festival grounds in San Antonio, Texas.
