I actually like the vocalist...you're right though on it sounding like nickleback. Other than the vocalist the band is just another cookie cutter rock band. The sad thing is this is what the masses prefer and they'll most likely sell more records than any band Prog Power band we could talk about on here...

The album is uneven in quality, but I enjoy it overall. A solid mainstream metal/hard rock release.

In 2010, however, the best albums for the mainstream metal/hard rock fan are Heaven Below - Countdown to Devil and Hardcore Superstar - Beg for It. Both are excellent. HB is killer stuff somewhat in the vein of Shinedown, and HS is easily the best active hair metal band by far.
