As much as I hate the band having yet another line-up change and I will miss Apollo's voice, I feel he was wasn't as strong live. He's left for the right reasons, though. For my money Mats Leven gave a really strong performance a couple years ago and seemed really into it, so we'll wait and see...

That's a great interview with Bob, he touches on several issues about the band and the music that press releases just don't do, and I agree with him on pretty much everything!

Ditto, Apollo's distinctive voice is one of Firewind's major merits.

I'm going to the Southampton gig on Friday, I can't believe that Apollo's had to bow out. I'm not too bothered about Michael leaving (still missing Mark). This is the first time I've seen them, really hope they come back sooner rather than later with the lineup at full strength!

I was searching for power metal banmds on myspace, heard 'I am the Anger', loved it. For some reason bought Allegience, loved it. Downloaded the rest of their stuff, loved it. They are are now my no. 1's! -Taccer
