Biked from Toronto to Niagara Falls in one day (160 km)

Most awesome/awful experience of my life. Took me and a buddy 9 hours (with a one hour lunch break).

I feel pretty accomplished after doing this- almost like Bear Grylls surviving in the wilderness for 3 days with nothing but a knife... ...Ok Bear is way more awesome but still...

That's awesome to bike that far. I tend to bike short distances (like 30miles or so) but quite fast (averaging 17-19 mph depending on the wind)

I'll have to give doing 100 miles a go and see how I get on, stunning places you have to bike to though

Haha El Gato- poor guy. I would be a real loser though if I thought that driving 160 km in 9 hours was something to be proud of. I actually did drive to Calagary once by myself over the course of 3 days so I feel you on the long drives by yourself!

Very nice indeed. I doubt i could manage 20 miles now without feeling phased. Need to get back into that shit- maybe a bike upgrade might sort that out lol.
