What is all inclusive pricing?
Are you ever confused when trying to figure out how much your shirt order is going to cost? What are screen fees? Plate fees? Color ink fees? Price per shirt? Shipping? WTF! With our all inclusive pricing system, the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees and only just one time setup fees. We do not think it is fair to you to see one price and then further down the road find out there are more charges. With our all inclusive pricing there are never any secrets. We always treat our customer as friends and a friend without cheats.
How can I place an order?
If you already have print ready artwork and want to import it into our designer, just simply to send up the artwork to us and we will get right back to you with a detail price and invoice for you to make payment.
What is your minimum order?
Our typical minimum bulk order is 96 items for apparel. Please be aware, ordering in low quantities is not very cost effective, and for usually a very minimal price increase, you can get a huge discount on your items.
Can I mix and match shirt colors and sizes?
You are more than welcome to mix and match shirt colors and sizes at no additional cost as long as the print stays the exact same and is the same color. You can even purchase different apparel types and just add on the cost difference of that item as long as we are printing the same exact design.
What is your turnaround time?
Once your order is paid in full, there is 3 week turnaround (21 actual days, not business days). This is not a guaranteed date, but it is the usual standard. Some items that we offer take longer and some items are a shorter time frame. We usualy get most orders shipped before the 3 week turnaround, but we give that turnaround time frame so you can know what to expect. But please be aware, there is no rush project. If you planned tour on 1-2 month ahead then do not contact us.
What is your payment policy?
All payments must be received in full before we start an order. We only accept PayPal, all major Credit or Debit card and also Bank transfer is available if you want to reduce the transfer fee rate. PayPal invoice will be sent to your account after we have 100% deal. All orders will be sent after the payment is clear received. We consider the easiest and safest way for International orders.

Of course we can! We also offering you branded shirt such American Apparel, Alstyle Apparel, Gildan and also Fruit Of The Loom with multiple color of your choices. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can hook you up!
What file types do you accept and are there any minimum requirements for the artwork?
We generally prefer to have your design in .PSD and .TIFF format only. When submitting your artwork, the file must be created in (300dpi) and must be the actual size that you want it on the shirt. Vector artwork works best as we can scale it without any loss of quality.
Still don't have Artwork for your Bands?
Don't worry! Just ask to us with this option and we'll provide you an Ultra Brutal Death Metal artwork style include Your Logo design (one-stop service). But this option will be get an extra charges service for our designer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! However, we usually advise bands to find a printing company within their region simply for the fact that international shipping can sometimes cost almost the same as your shirt order thus not making it economical for your band. But we are always open to any order from any country and also we provide the cheapest shipping option using International Registered Surface Mail on maximum weight until 55 Pounds / 25 Kg with flat rate only $350 USD shipped to worldwide.
