Biography:

The Metal band "Fear Yourself" was founded in Hungary in November, 2008.

Current set-up is:

Richárd Farkas: Drums
Endre Dér: Bass
Zoltán Keliger: Guitars
Szabolcs Szatmári: Guitars/Vocals
Roland Leimeter: Vocals

Originally it was called Orchydea, and after a short, unstable period, the members seemed to be fixed.
In the beginning we played covers of Bullet for my valentine, In Flames, Sonic Syndicate, which are still parts of our concerts, just for fun.

After our first few concerts, we started to compose our own songs. The concept was simple: Write something interesting, something demanding, which is gonna rock. So with a few words: write some awesome metal music, and spread it over the world.

In march, 2010, we had the opportunity to make our first studio record, Awoken from Nightmare.
In october, same year, we successfully qualified for the 2nd round in the 'Emergenza' talent festival.

But after a few days, our vocalist Daniel Juhász decided to leave the band for full time job. So we were left without a singer, but instead of giving up, Szatos and Lej decided to replace him temporarily. Later Zoltán Keliger(as. Zsoltán) joined the band to support us as a guitarist.

In December, 2010, we visited Leander to record our latest songs: Something like Death, and Welcome home baby. It was a milestone for the band, because these two has proved our ambitions. By this time, it was time to switch to a new name, so from 2011 we're called 'Fear Yourself' :)

And what are we doing now? We are having a rest currently, regenerating from our last shows. Of course we're in the middle of songwriting, and we're gonna record them as well for our demo CD. Stay tuned...they're arriving soon...^^

Enjoy! :)
