I wouldnt be so quick to put it in my top albums.
sounds getting cleaner again and is cracking for the solos but laking that raw feel (heaven and hell), still its much heavier than the recent albums!! Brilliance !!

I can't get into their newer stuff. I gave both Days of Defiance and Few Against Many more than a fair shot and I'm really disappointed at the direction that Firewind has headed. The guitars sound pretty weak on Few Against Many as well as Days of Defiance when you compare them to the full and awesome sound of, say, Burning Earth and Forged by Fire. Apollo's vocals are definitely showing signs of wear and tear. While lyrically they've never been spectacular, the past two albums have had painfully cheesy lyrics. I still love their old stuff though.
