10) Danzig II: Lucifuge by Danzig
Do you wanna cross that line? Cause it's a long way back from Hell ...

"Lucifuge and How The God kills are great album, but his firt Danzig is much better and one of the best cds i've bought in awile." @CF87

"Danzig = god... I think my favourite would be Danzig II - Lucifuge, but Danzig I and III are only narrowly behind (if at all). John Christ was an awesome guitarist. Such a shame they didn't keep the band together."
@byrne

"Yeah, they're pretty good - especially Lucifuge - although they don't really stand out much from standard hard rock. I Luciferi has a pretty unique vibe, I'd say. I like the crunchiness and the whine in the guitars - it sounds very hellish. :)" @zabu of nΩd

"The first three (maybe four) Danzig albums are great. After that he started going slightly downhill." @Manic Ferocity

Swallowed in Black isn't that great aside from a couple songs. Dozens of better thrash albums that year.

It's a shitload better than any Danzig album; the point.

Second tier thrash metal band better than one of Danzig’s first three albums? Fuck no.

Swallowed in Black is a solid 7.5-8 but still does nothing for me against that Danzig albums.
