I made my own Symphony X masks

I made these out of plaster and put it into a mold. They came out with a very "aged" look which is cool. I then coated them with white gesso and painted them with acrylics. Thought you might want to see them.

when i saw symphony x last year a kid was wearing one mask and holding the other

i made one using a mold a few years ago, was going to a concert so i figured i would make one that wasnt so breakable to take, ended up getting it signed while they were still on stage, making the other one to go to my next show in may.

That signed mask is cool. Cool you got it signed! What did you make it out of? That thing looks like you can wear it pretty well. I guess I made mine more for decorative purposes.

That's a cool idea. Perhaps I'll make some over the summer that I'll bring to the next show of theirs to get signed.
