LEGION signed a worldwide Deal with PURE STEEL RECORDS

The US Metal Band LEGION from New Jersey, which released their debut album "Shadow Of The King" in 2005 as a self release, have signed a worldwide deal with PURE STEEL RECORDS. The Band has enlisted Black Label Society Bassist John "JD" Deservio to mix the new album entitled “Warbeast. The band is currently playing select shows in the NY/NJ area and is direct support for Ozzy Osbourne/Firewind guitar virtuoso GUS G. April 22, 2016 at The Brighton Bar, Long Branch, New Jersey.

In response to the signing of Legion to Pure Steel Records: Guitarist and founding member Frank Adamo was quoted:
"On behalf of the band...It's a great honor to have Pure Steel Records release our new album Warbeast. We look forward to great things together for 2016 and beyond."

LEGION "War Beast" - Cover, Tracklist, releasedate: 30th September 2016

The release date of the LEGION album „War Beast“ on CD is September 30th, 2016. The pre-order phase will start on September 16th, 2016 in our webshop.

With the New Jersey quintet LEGION we are proud to present a new signing on Pure Steel Records.
Classical, melodic Heavy Metal, deeply rooted in the American Steel of the 80s, is presented here. Already in 2005 the self released debut „Shadow Of The King“ has been unleashed, where they gained their first success with. One year later it has been re-released through Majestic Rock Records.

After a long break the second album „War Beast“ is ready. Driven by majestic leads, energetic high pitched screams from the new singer Ralph Gibbons and varied song writing LEGION offer everything an aficionado of American Steel adore.
Mixed by Black Label Society bassist John "JD" DeServio, the eight tracks have been forged to a work they can be proud of.
