Let's discuss some Tubescreamer Mods!

Hi I'm new to this forum but have been reading for some weeks!

Many people seems to like a tubescreamer or ts style pedal in front of the amp to "tighten" things up.

Do you like some mods on the tubescreamer?

I modded mine for more bass but undo it coz it loose some of this effect....
I did the 808 mod too but not sure about this!
I changed some caps for film caps and it got some better sound from this I think!

I have the cheaper Ibanez TS7 (the grey tonelok model) and I've never had an urge to mod it.

If anything, I'd mod it to put it into a better case because the TS cases are really shoddy. I love the way it sounds though. The bass loss is actually perfect in front of my Dual Rectifier.

That's the one I got too! As I said changing the caps let the pedal breath more a little bit!
I'm not sure about the 808 mod maybe I put it back?!?
