HOw's Gorefest guys?? Aren't they pretty groovin', I just checked out their page the other day. Seemed decent enough.

The more recent Gorefest material has a pretty strong groove yeah. It's okay, but nothing mindblowing.

on a related note i'm looking for death metal that would be good for working out, something with good aggressive production and groove to as cliche as it sounds, get you pumped. right now i'm using aborted - the saw and the carnage done, skinless - trample the weak hurdle the dead and benighted - identisick. a lot of the brutal death stuff i tried just didn't have enough groove and slam to it and didn't work.

Yeah, from quite a while back actually - i think i still might have a demo tape laying around somewhere.
