Mix with krank and real drums

Here's a mix i've juste done... sorry no vox

Guitars are : custom guitars with blackout ->6505+ and krankenstein -> mesa cab -> single sm57 -> pro tools

Drums are pearl session custom blended with slate sample

I was going for a modern scooped mix

those are real drums??? cymbals and everything sound programed as fuck, i'm sorry but i'm calling bullshit on that one.

on another note, guitars sound pretty good tone wise but you may try using a bit less gain on the amps. that's just my opinion though.

This is INSANELY overcompressed.

Start by getting the compression off the 2bus.

Make some room in the guitars for the drums and get that snare some body.

I was affraid that it would sound overcompressed.... will try to remove some of the limiting on the master bus

I post the guitar chain in my first post... the Krank have a pretty scouped sound with the sweep around 9 o'clock and the 6505 have all the medium bite...

Will post some picture of it as son as i get back to the studio

Regarding the drums those are real with slate sample ... you can even hear some mistake

I've redo the mix from scratch... remove the limiters on the master bus and on every stems.... let me know if it sounds better
