I always liked Norther. Yeah, okay, they were kinda a CoB ripoff (they were from Finland too), but they had a unique style enough to separate themselves from CoB.

Sucks that they broke up. I haven't listened to them in years until today.

Thx for the Link (now in the Startpost).

Norther sounded for me at the beginning also like COB. But if you listen longer to them are start to play there soungs like me, you can see and here much difference. Norther mostly plays on Standard E Tuning (live Drop D Tuning). Funny is that Pete also come from Espoo like Alexi.
